Debut EP Launch
On Wednesday October 27 Bec Laughton launched her Debut EP “At First Sight”. The launch was held at the Fort in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane and filled to maximum capacity. Smashing out soul chops on the recording and live are Damon “DJ” Joel (drums), Basoki (bass), Imraan Paleker (guitar), Gavin Manikus (keys), Paul Lozana aka “Paulie Paulie” (percussion), Cassie Godbold (sax), Bob Schultz/Jose Vides (trumpet), Laisiasa Utovou & Miss Rachel Everett-Jones (backing vocals). Willy & Tau Manukia from renowned New Zealand funk/soul/reggae band Spacifix both featured and produced.
